Intelometry Corporation (“Intelometry”) makes information available on this Website (this “Site”), subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site. Intelometry reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Intelometry reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for any violation of these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Intelometry. These Terms represent the entire understanding relating to the use of this Site and supercede any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional communications.

The materials on this Site are copyrighted and protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. You may download one copy of the information (“Materials”) found on this Site on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial internal use only unless specifically licensed to do otherwise by Intelometry in writing. Mobile Application Privacy Policy

By using or downloading any of our Applications, you accept the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use or download our Applications. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. We will post a revision date in the event changes are made. Your continued use of any of our Applications following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes.

What Information Is Collected and Stored?

We will only share personal information collected from you via our Applications as disclosed below.

So that we can provide you with the most efficient and enhanced experience, we may collect certain personal information about you (“Personal Information”). If you choose to use certain functionalities of our Applications, we may collect your email address. We may also collect information that you enter into the Application or that you include in any message you send to third parties via the Application (a Message). 
When you interact with our Applications, our servers may keep an activity log that may identify you individually. Generally, this information is collected through “traffic data”. We collect and store certain administrative and traffic information with each use of the Application, including: source IP address, device type, time of access, date of access, software crash reports, content chosen, frequency of use, type of browser used, device type, session identification number, access times and referring websites addresses.

We never use or install spyware on your device, nor do we use spyware to retrieve information from your device.

Like many applications, we use “cookies”, which are small text files that are stored on your device that record your preferences. We use cookies to track use of our Applications. We may also use cookies to monitor traffic, improve our Applications and make it easier and/or relevant for your use. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. How Do We Use Information We Collect?

We use the information we learn from you to help us personalize and improve your experience with our Applications. We use Personal Information to deliver Messages. We may disclose your Personal Information to the recipient you designate for a Message.

What Steps Are Taken To Keep Personal Information Secure?

The security of all Personal Information associated with you is of utmost concern to us. Personal Information collected by our Applications is transferred in a secure manner. While we try our best to safeguard your Personal Information once we receive it, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Governing Law/Assignment

All Applications are published in the United States. We make every effort to protect the personal identifiable information of all users of our Applications. We attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to our services. If you are uncertain whether this privacy policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to us.

In the event of a merger, reorganization or sale of the Company or some or all of its assets, we may transfer any and all information we have collected to the other party to the transaction.

As our Applications continue to develop, we may add new services and features to our Applications. We do, however, recommend that you read this Privacy Policy each time you use our Applications.
